Delivery and return policy
You will receive the gift card as a PDF document with a unique code. You can use the code at our location. The gift card is valid for one year.
Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed only at our massage shop. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used with other promotions.
Expiration Date: Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Please check the expiration date on the card.
Advance Booking: Please make an appointment in advance and provide the gift card code when booking.
Loss or Theft: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Partial Use: The remaining balance cannot be refunded or retained if the service value is less than the gift card value.
Service Changes: We reserve the right to change services or the terms and conditions of the gift card without prior notice.
Presentation of Gift Card: Before receiving the service, please present the gift card.
